Recipe for Moist Carrot Cake

This is my favorite Moist Carrot Cake . It is full of flavor and moist without being mushy. You can cook them in oven and also steam. So the ingredient you gonna need are.


Ingredient for the cake : 4 Eggs 250 g of Butter, softened 1 cup of sugar 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 cup of all purpose flour 2 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoon of baking powder ½ teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 3 cup of grated carrot 1 cup of chop walnut or almond

Ingredient of Cream Cheese Frosting:
150 g of cream cheese, softened 30 g of butter, softened ½ cups of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instruction :

1. Preheat oven to 325°F or 150°C. Or pour water into your steamer and bring it to a boil. Butter and flour a 7-inch cake pan and set aside.

2. Mix in a bowl using an electric hand mixer the butter until it turn pale. Add the sugar, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.

3. Mix together in other bowl together flour,baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and walnut or almond.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix for about 2 minutes more.

5. Add the grated carrots and mix well with a spoon.

6. Pour batter into prepared cake pan, cover with foil, and steam or bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

7. Cool then fill and frost with cream cheese frosting. Garnish with more nuts.

8. To make the cream cheese frosting: a bowl beat together cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add in icing sugar and vanilla and beat for a minute.

9. Enjoy the cake with some vanilla ice cream or just eat them after cool them in the fridge.
